Cash gifting is a misunderstood activity. Is it a fringe practice? An illegitimate means of making money? Or a straight up illegal operation? To understand cash gifting programs it’s necessary to extract the facts from the hype concerning this private practice.

Cash Gifting Programs – A Working Definition

Cash gifting programs are groups of like-minded people who share the gift of cash money. A cash gifting program is also called a club, system, or group.

Cash gifting is defined as offering a declared sum of money strictly as a gift. The cash gift is offered without coercion or consideration. Recruiting is not allowed in cash gifting.

A cash gift is not an investment. It’s not a loan. It’s not a payment for goods and services.

Cash gifting programs are private, invitation-only work at home clubs. This means that after freely offering a gift of cash you are admitted on an invite basis.

Given the leeway of a cash gifting group it’s easy to see why some people regard gifting as a scam. Unscrupulous people do take advantage of the private nature of cash gifting. They might run a lone-wolf operation, take your money, and run. I provide as much as information as I know about the activity so that this doesn’t happen to you.

Most mentors are great people. There are a few shady types you should be able to spot from a mile away after reading my blog or cash gifting ebooks.

How Is The Club Organized?

Some cash gifting programs are structured like a business. This is illegal. Cash gifting is not a business. It’s a private, invitation-only work at home activity. If a club appears to be MLM it might be illegal. Proceed at your own discretion should you decide to offer a gift to this community.

A cash gifting group might look like a work at home investment vehicle. If mentors talk about receiving a return on your gift run, don’t walk, to the next club. Your cash gift entitles you to nothing. It’s a sum of money used to help others.

Cash Gifting Program Terminology

Cash gifting programs are not investment groups, companies, or corporations. Don’t use the words profit or income when discussing cash gifts. I use the word prosperity stream. Tell it like it is.

Cold-calling is not allowed in cash gifting. Hard-sell tactics are not permitted in this work at home activity. You can’t ask someone for a cash gift. If they believe in the concept they may decide to offer a gift to you.

Cash Gifting Is Not MLM

Multi-level-marketing is a network marketing business. Legitimate cash gifting programs are not MLM. There’s nobody to recruit. Recruiting is illegal in cash gifting. MLM is often mistakenly confused with gifting. Nothing could be further from the truth.

No product of being sold in cash gifting. There is no exchange of money for a good or service. MLM is built on recruiting a downline of prospects to sell a product.

Cash Gifting Is Not Affiliate Marketing

Cash gifting is not an affiliate marketing opportunity. You don’t receive a cut of a product being solid. Cash gifting programs can be marketed in order to share the opportunity with others but there’s no product being sold.

Cash Gifting Is Not Get Rich Quick

Cash gifting programs are not work at home get rich quick scams. Don’t make the mistake of thinking it’s all about you. Cash gifting is about giving before receiving. Trying to part people from their money is unethical and what’s worse you’ll never gain the trust of a potential gifter. A pushy cash gifting mentor is a greedy cash gifting mentor and can’t be trusted.

As a mentor you should disclose how to share the opportunity with others. The more people who prosper the better for all.

Gifting and Non-Solicitation Forms

Cash gifting programs should offer a gifting form and non-solicitation form. These are legal documents stating that the cash gift is offered freely, simply as a gift. These documents maintain that the group is not a business.

Both forms are a must have for any cash gifting club.

Work At Home

Cash gifting is the change up of work at home opportunities. No selling, no recruiting, no learning of a good or service. Per 2009 regulations cash gifts are tax-free up to $13,000.

Cash gifting programs are composed of like-minded people: people who like to share cash gifts along with their knowledge of marketing techniques.

Marketing

Cash gifting programs teach you how to share the work at home opportunity with others. An in-depth marketing tutorial should be provided, from marketing 101 to advanced techniques.

Most cash gifting clubs partner with outsourcing companies. SEO groups – or search engine optimization companies – can handle marketing for a fee if you’d like to take a hands-off approach. Postcard marketing is an effective strategy. Some cash gifting programs join forces with design companies. Other companies provides lists of hot leads for a fee.

Cash gifting programs provide free marketing methods. I had zero experience in internet marketing when new to cash gifting. I’ve developed an effective internet marketing campaign by writing 3 cash gifting ebooks, publishing ezines, running 2 cash gifting blogs, producing videos, and publishing a cash gifting newletter.

Cash gifting can be marketed with pay per click advertising. Other mentors choose to outsource with a video creation service or a press release blast.

Cash Gifting Program Mentor

The cash gifting mentor is the lifeline to a program. They are your live teacher. They are also your inviter. You land on their website when first introduced to the group.

Reputable cash gifting programs are composed of knowledgeable, trustworthy mentors. I share my cell phone number with prospective team members because cash gifting is a private activity. If someone is willing to freely offer me a cash gift I extend the common courtesy of sharing a private phone number.

A cash gifting mentor should have knowledge of how cash gifting works. They should discuss how they market the work at home opportunity. If they are not willing to share marketing techniques they’re probably competitive minded and can’t be trusted. Unless of course they’re a newbie mentor who’s still learning the ropes.

A Fringe Activity?

I laugh when I hear the term that cash gifting is not for everyone. What is? I feel that it’s for every person who believes in sowing in reaping. If you rive freely it opens the way to consistent receiving.

It takes an act of faith to offer a cash gift freely but acts of faith are prospering. I find that there are plenty of like-minded people who believe in the concept of paying it forward. I’ve met dear friends through the activity of cash gifting.

As work at home opportunities go cash gifting programs are a unique alternative. No business is tax free through $13,000. There is no product or service to learn. You don’t have to cold-call or coerce anyone against their will to buy a product that they don’t want to purchase.

Be open-minded. Give cash gifting a look if you want to work at home while doing good for others.
