The Law Of Attraction In 5 Simple Steps

The law of attraction is at work in our lives whether we are aware of it or not. This law states that energy attracts like energy. At an atomic level the Universe is energy. All of the different forms in nature are energies which are vibrating at different frequencies. The differing frequencies create the illusion of separateness between forms.

You, the table, and the tree outside are forms of energy. You can attract whatever you want by vibrating in harmony with your desire. Your being will attract whatever energy which it is in harmony with. Apply the law of attraction to your life with 5 simple steps.

1 - Figure out what you don’t want. Most people are experts in this area. The problem with this type of thinking is that the law of attraction doesn’t care what you are thinking about. It doesn’t hear the words “don’t” or “no.” It takes whatever you focus on and brings you more of the same.

Think of the things which you dwell upon that you don’t want. Debt, sickness, and unhappiness might come to mind. Release these ideas. Now that you are clear on what you don’t want you may begin to think about what you do want. You’ve completed the contrast portion of the law of attraction.

2 - Decide on what you want. If you don’t want debt, sickness, and unhappiness you want wealth, health, and happiness. Form the habit of thinking about what you want. Surround yourself with images of your desires. Carry a key which symbolizes your dream home. Place pictures of your goals around your home. The mind becomes saturated with whatever it feeds upon.

3 - Clear the blockages which prevent you from receiving what you want. You have everything that we could ever want; you only need to experience it. You will experience it when you clear any blockages. One major blockage is that of deserving. People feel that they aren’t worthy of the mansion or luxury car. They have been taught that these things are for “rich people”, not for regular people like them.

One method employed to remove blockages is referred to as EFT. Emotional Freedom Techniques consists of tapping on a series of points on the body while repeating statements to yourself. You can learn how to tap or your own or you may consult an EFT practitioner. Removal of blockages may be the most difficult step in practically applying the law of attraction.

4 - Experience the emotions consistent with your desire. Visualize yourself enjoying the dream life. If you generate the emotions of experiencing your desire the Universe will order circumstances so that you may experience it. Live in your dreams. Feel them, taste them, and touch them. Feel joy for having received what you most desire. These strong emotions form the attractive force which draws your desire to you.

5 - Let go of the desire. Let the Universe handle how it will come to you. This is called allowing and is often the most difficult step to follow. You fee the need to know the lines along which your desire will arrive.

Mind your own business and let the Universe do its job. Perform affirmations to the effect that the Universe is taking care of your desire.

Apply the law of attraction by obeying it. All is yours. Reach out your mental hand and take it.
