    some very nice quotes Ryan especially “Sustained tension signals you’re on the wrong path.” It's so very true that people dont often realise tension (and unhappiness etc) as signals that they are moving in a direction that is not in line with their true path
  • Thanks Beverley. I've learned that one the hard way. So many times I've forced things, which of course only made it harder on myself. We'll certainly encounter anxiety along the way but instead of continuing in that direction it should be taken as a red flag: Wrong Direction!
