Personal Development - How Do You Handle Big Decisions?
Posted in Personal Development on November 27th, 2009 by Ryan Biddulph –
I just got back from seeing The Twilight Saga: New Moon. In addition to being an excellent movie it posed a question which most people wrestle with: how do you handle big decisions?
Bella Swan was faced with some tough choices throughout the film. The implications of each decision were life-altering.
I thought of choices which I’ve made over the last year. I decided to be an entrepreneur. I’ve decided not to get a job. I’ve chosen to take risks which in the past I’d never dreamed I’d be taking.
I’ve realized that each successive decision was easier to make. As my vision has become more clear I’ve been able to make decisions more quickly and definitely. I know what I want and realize the choices I must make to get there.
How do you handle big decisions? Do you find your decision-making ability improving or becoming worse over time? How can you improve your ability to make decisions?
