So you receive an exciting email from an eager cash gifting prospect.

The individual asks a series of questions, focused on certain aspects of sharing clubs.

How do you respond?

Your response often instantly determines if the individual wants to learn more or if they move on to another opportunity.

If you remain present, listen to each question and respond in a calm, confident, direct manner, you convert more people.

If you respond with a winding, long-winded email, the prospect usually heads in the other direction.

Short, sweet and precise works best.

Read through the email sentence by sentence.

Hit the respond button.

Go back, and re-read sentence by sentence. When you see a question, answer the question in 1 or 2 lines, immediately, in the response email.

If you try to read the whole email and respond to all of the questions at once, you write a rambling, unclear email.

If you answer each question immediately, in either list or line format, you write a clear, focused and helpful email.

The job is not to go into a full blown sales pitch. It’s answering questions directly, and moving on.

As you reach another question, go to your response body, add an answer. 1 to 2 sentences, if it takes that much, even.

If the person asks 5 separate questions you write 5 separate paragraphs, each with a 1 to 2 line answer.

This is the easiest and most effective way to answer a cash receiving club email.

Your tendency – especially when you see your first few prospect emails – is to blabber on and on.

This does not respect the time of your prospect, or your time.

Be clear and direct. Be focused.

If the individual wants a basic overview of the program refer them to your club’s free tour.

Or simply hit on a few key benefits of your sharing club, in bullet points.

Time your responses.

10 minutes tops. There are too many people to talk to, too many prospects to speak to, too much content for you to create, to go above 10 minutes.

Even if this is your first prospect, set up a vacuum. 10 minute response limits encourages the Universe to send you more prospects.
